Here’s what to buy at sephora’s beauty insider sale.
Over a few years of skincare obsession and VIB Rouge status, I have a solid list of holy-grail Sephora products that I’ve purchased over and over again. At this point, I’m in a rhythm with the bi-annual Sephora sale in April and November (plus usually a few others!) and rarely shop there otherwise.
My Top 10 Sephora Products
Tata Harper Rejuvenating Serum is more like a cross between a serum and a really good, light moisturizer. I use it every morning - I love the scent, and find it deliciously brightening and hydrating.
One tub of Farmacy Green Cleansing Balm will last me ~6 months of nightly use. Just a small scoop removes any makeup and rinses clean with neither balm-y residue nor stripped-feeling skin.
Dior’s lip balm is both ridiculously overpriced and the best tinted lip balm I’ve ever used. Light, hydrating, just a touch of color and shine. I’ve been repurchasing Pink (yes, usually on sale) for years now.
As a mascara aficionado, this Ilia mascara is pretty much the only thing I’ve used in the last year. Between the formula and the comb-wand, it’s perfect for everyday wear - though you’ll want to add a coat of something waterproof or dramatic for their respective occasions.
Before using the Laneige lip mask at night, I used to get really dry lips in winter. Suffice it to say I haven’t touched a lip scrub since 2017.
Another dry skin saver is Farmacy’s warming honey mask. It’s cozy and effective - gently warming, hydrating, soothing.
Is Banana Bright Eye Creme skincare or makeup? Yes. The light texture sinks right in to moisturize, while the sheer yellow color subtly offsets dark circles. *chef’s kiss*
At this point, just about all my friends have received a pack of Wander Beauty’s gold eye patches as a gift. They’re fun, make a noticeable difference, and I wish they would bottle the serum so I could buy it. I keep mine in the fridge!
Briogeo makes fantastic shampoo and conditioner - and the ‘value’ size will last me about a year(!). I’m currently using the lush Curl Charisma to help out my natural waves, but I’ve tried almost all of their formulas and you really can’t go wrong.
Ah, NARS tinted moisturizer - a holy grail if there ever was one. Lovely coverage, but looks like skin and feels like nothing. I apply with a small brush, let it sit a minute, then blend with this one. Pretty sure it’s been ten years since my first purchase!
happy shopping!
